Saucha Atma Ananda
Saucha was the co-founder of Atma Construction for five years. After leaving Atma, Saucha started Natural Resource Construction (NRC) to focus his attention on natural building. He built the first Straw Bale Home in Franklin County, VA and is a Class A contractor. Saucha’s role as founder and CEO of NRC is organizing, planning, training employees, and guiding the company into a full design, as well as manufacturing and building firm.

Mark Upson
Mark has experience with machine shops, welding, and construction. Mark helped design and construct the equipment needed to manufacture the panels. He will continue to work in the production of panels as well as improving the manufacturing process. Eventually, as the company grows, Mark will manage our construction crew.

Adhii Bhoda Bala Ananda
Adhii is an apprentice being trained into a manufacturing lead. Within a year he will be ready to take responsibility for panel construction in the warehouse.
Architectural Designer
Juan Andrés
We partnered with Juan on two projects this year. Juan is the founder/owner of Sol Design.Build. He has 13+ years of experience with designing and building natural homes.
